You’ve booked your boudoir photography experience… what happens next?
Straight after booking
A soon as you book your boudoir photography experience, I’ll send you your contract, deposit invoice and questionnaire. The questionnaire gives me an idea of the sort of ‘look’ you are interested in, and you can tell me about the things you LOVE about yourself (no need to be modest!)
There is also a space to tell me if there is anything you are feeling a little apprehensive about. Once you have filled this in, we will arrange a video chat to discuss your answers and talk through how things will work during your boudoir photoshoot.
This is a great opportunity to get to know each other a bit, and for you to ask any other questions you might have..
On the day: The Setup
Be sure to set aside a couple of hours for your boudoir photoshoot. This guarantees time to set up, get into the rhythm, and take lots of amazing shots.
If we’re using the studio, you can feel free to arrive and use the private dressing room to get into your first outfit straight away. There will also be time for any finishing touches to your hair and make up.
On the day: Your boudoir photography experience
Once we are ready to go, I get my playlist started and the fun begins!
I’ll happily give suggestions of the best areas to compliment each of your outfits. The lighting in the studio is dreamy perfection so we have so many options. If you are unsure of posing, I will guide you completely.
I can’t help but give constant feedback on how amazing you look – this isn’t going to be some oddly silent photoshoot – it’s definitely a team effort! I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed and have an amazing time.
After your boudoir photography experience
You can expect your beautiful images within two weeks of your shoot. You will have access to your own personal, password protected gallery where you can download all of your images and order any prints through my online store.
If you have booked the package with the album, you simply favourite your chosen images, I design your album for you, and you will receive it within another couple of weeks.
